심박 변화를 확인하는 것 만으로도 건강 상태를 확인할 수 있다는 사실 알고 계셨나요? 더욱 놀라운 사실은 심박수로 수명을 예측할 수 있다는 것입니다.



H·Beatory는 심박데이터로 우리의 건강상태를 확인할 수 있는 대표적인 지표를 알려드립니다.

심박수: H-Beatory로 측정한 심박 데이터(BPM)의 평균

심박변이: H-Beatory로 측정한 심박 데이터의 표준편차

RMSSD: 인접한 심박 사이의 차이에 대한 제곱의 합을 평균하여 이에 대한 제곱근으로 계산

pNN50: 심박 사이의 차이가 50 ms를 초과하는 수를 전체 심박 개수로 나눠 백분율로 계산




더욱이 이러한 지표들은 측정 당시의 값보다 그 추이가 중요합니다.

H·Beatory는 일, 주, 월, 년 별로 추이를 확인할 수 있습니다.




4가지 지표 이 외에 Histgram chart와 HRV Tachogram chart를 제공합니다. 또한 주파수 영역(Frequency domain)의 VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF ratio, Total Power도 측정할 때 함께 확인 할 수 있습니다.




다만, H-Beatory는 애플 워치와 손가락으로 측정한 심박 데이터를 단지 수학적으로 계산해 결과를 보여 주는 것 뿐입니다. 따라서 H-Beatory에서 제공하는 값을 판단할 때는 반드시 의사에게 조언을 구하시길 바랍니다.

H·Beatory에서 건강(health) 앱을 통해 데이터를 가져오기 위해서는 건강 데이터 접근을 허용해야 합니다.

접근을 허용해야 할 항목은 "심박 변이", "심장 심박간 측정치" 입니다.
