하루꾹 개인정보처리방침

1. 개요

하루꾹(이하 "앱")은 누구나 쓸 수 있는 다이어리 앱으로, 공부 타이머·시간표 같은 학생에게 유용한 기능을 더 갖추고 있습니다. 앱은 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자가 입력한 모든 정보는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집·전송·보관하지 않습니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

다음 정보는 앱 기능을 위해 사용자의 기기(앱 전용 저장 공간)에만 저장되며, 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

일정, 할 일, 메모(사진·링크 첨부 포함), 스티커 기록, 공부 타이머 기록
프로필(생년월일·직업·추천 그룹) — 추천 항목을 고르는 데만 사용
앱 설정(테마, 글꼴, 알림 기본값, 화면 설정)

앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 기기 권한과 사용 목적

앱은 아래 권한을 해당 기능을 사용할 때만 요청하며, 허용하지 않아도 그 기능 외의 사용에는 제한이 없습니다.

캘린더 읽기·쓰기: 폰 캘린더에서 일정 가져오기, 폰 캘린더로 일정 내보내기
카메라·사진: 메모에 사진 첨부
알림: 일정 알림 표시
파일 선택·저장: 백업 파일 저장·복구, ICS 파일 가져오기·공유
동작 센서(흔들기): 흔들어서 빠른 기록 시트 열기

캘린더 데이터는 기기 안에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 선택 기능: 구글 계정 로그인

"구글 캘린더(계정 연결)" 가져오기는 선택 기능입니다. 사용자가 직접 버튼을 눌러 로그인할 때만 동작하며, 다음을 준수합니다.

요청 범위는 캘린더 목록 읽기와 일정 읽기(읽기 전용) 두 가지뿐입니다. 일정을 만들거나 고치거나 지우는 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
가져온 일정은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 로그인 토큰은 기기의 구글 로그인 SDK가 관리하며, 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다(서버가 없습니다).
하루꾹의 Google API 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함하여 해당 정책을 준수합니다.
연결 해제는 앱의 "계정 변경" 또는 구글 계정 설정의 "제3자 앱 액세스"에서 할 수 있습니다.

5. 백업 파일

사용자가 "백업 파일 저장"이나 "공유"를 실행하면 백업 파일이 사용자가 고른 위치(기기 폴더, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, 메신저 등)에 저장됩니다. 그 위치의 보관·보안은 해당 서비스의 약관과 정책을 따르며, 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. Android의 자동 백업 기능을 켜 두면 기기의 구글 계정으로 앱 데이터가 자동 백업될 수 있으며, 이는 Android 시스템이 제공하는 기능입니다.

6. 제3자 제공·광고·분석

개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
광고 SDK, 분석(트래킹) SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
앱은 인터넷 서버와 통신하지 않습니다. 예외는 4항의 구글 로그인(사용자가 직접 실행할 때 구글 서버와 통신)과 메모의 링크를 사용자가 열 때뿐입니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 모든 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 프로필의 생년월일은 기기 안에서 추천 그룹을 정하는 데만 쓰이며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

8. 정보의 삭제

앱 안의 정보: 각 항목을 개별 삭제하거나, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제됩니다.
백업 파일: 사용자가 저장한 위치에서 직접 삭제합니다.
구글 계정 연결: 4항의 방법으로 해제합니다.

9. 방침의 변경

방침이 바뀌면 앱 업데이트와 함께 시행일을 갱신해 알립니다.

Harukkuk Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026

1. Overview

Harukkuk (the "app") is a diary app for everyone, with extra features that students find useful, such as a study timer and timetable. The app runs no server of its own; everything you enter is stored only on your device. The developer does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information.

2. Information stored only on your device

The following is stored only in the app's private storage on your device for the app's features, and is never sent to the developer or any third party.

Events, to-dos, memos (including photo/link attachments), sticker logs, study timer records
Profile (birth date, occupation, recommendation group) — used only to pick recommended presets
App settings (theme, font, default alarm, view settings)

Deleting the app deletes all of the above from your device.

3. Device permissions and their purpose

The app asks for each permission only when you use the related feature. Declining only limits that feature.

Calendar read/write: import events from the phone calendar, export events to it
Camera/Photos: attach photos to memos
Notifications: show event alarms
File pick/save: save and restore backup files, import and share ICS files
Motion sensor (shake): open the quick-record sheet by shaking

Calendar data is processed only on the device and never transmitted.

4. Optional feature: Google sign-in

"Google Calendar (sign in)" import is optional. It runs only when you tap the button and sign in, and follows these rules.

Only two read-only scopes are requested: read calendar list and read events. No permission to create, edit, or delete events is requested.
Imported events are stored only on your device. Sign-in tokens are managed by the on-device Google sign-in SDK and are never sent to a developer server (there is none).
Harukkuk's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect via "Change account" in the app or "Third-party apps" in your Google account settings.

5. Backup files

When you run "Save backup file" or "Share", the backup is saved to a location you choose (device folder, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, a messenger, etc.). Storage and security there follow that service's terms; the developer has no access. If Android auto backup is on, the system may back up app data to the device's Google account — this is an Android system feature.

6. Third parties, ads, analytics

Personal information is never shared with or sold to third parties.
No advertising SDK or analytics/tracking SDK is used.
The app does not talk to internet servers, except Google sign-in in section 4 (contacts Google servers only when you run it) and links in memos you choose to open.

7. Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 14. The profile birth date is used only on the device to pick a recommendation group and is never transmitted.

8. Deleting information

In-app data: delete items individually, or delete the app to remove everything.
Backup files: delete them from the location where you saved them.
Google account connection: disconnect as described in section 4.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date is updated with the app update.

ハルック(以下「アプリ」)は誰でも使えるダイアリーアプリで、勉強タイマーや時間割など学生に役立つ機能を備えています。アプリは独自のサーバーを運用せず、入力した情報はすべて端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者は利用者の個人情報を収集・送信・保管しません。

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

次の情報はアプリ機能のために端末(アプリ専用領域)にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者に送信されません。

予定、やること、メモ(写真・リンク添付を含む)、ステッカー記録、勉強タイマー記録
プロフィール(生年月日・職業・おすすめグループ) — おすすめ項目の選定にのみ使用
アプリ設定(テーマ、フォント、既定の通知、画面設定)

アプリを削除すると上記の情報も端末から削除されます。

3. 端末の権限と利用目的

アプリは各権限を該当機能の利用時にのみ要求し、許可しなくてもその機能以外の利用に制限はありません。

カレンダーの読み書き: 端末カレンダーからの予定取り込み、端末カレンダーへの書き出し
カメラ・写真: メモへの写真添付
通知: 予定の通知表示
ファイルの選択・保存: バックアップの保存・復元、ICSファイルの取り込み・共有
モーションセンサー(シェイク): 振ってクイック記録シートを開く

カレンダーのデータは端末内でのみ処理され、外部に送信されません。

4. 任意機能: Googleアカウントでのログイン

「Googleカレンダー(アカウント連携)」の取り込みは任意機能です。利用者がボタンを押してログインしたときのみ動作し、次を順守します。

要求する範囲はカレンダー一覧の読み取りと予定の読み取り(読み取り専用)の2つだけです。予定の作成・変更・削除の権限は要求しません。
取り込んだ予定は端末内にのみ保存されます。ログイントークンは端末のGoogleログインSDKが管理し、開発者のサーバーには送信されません(サーバーは存在しません)。
ハルックのGoogle APIの利用は、制限付き使用(Limited Use)要件を含むGoogle APIサービスのユーザーデータポリシーを順守します。
連携の解除はアプリの「アカウント変更」またはGoogleアカウント設定の「サードパーティ製アプリ」から行えます。

5. バックアップファイル

「バックアップファイルを保存」や「共有」を実行すると、バックアップは利用者が選んだ場所(端末フォルダ、Google Drive、iCloud Drive、メッセンジャーなど)に保存されます。その場所での保管・安全性は当該サービスの規約に従い、開発者はアクセスできません。Androidの自動バックアップを有効にしている場合、端末のGoogleアカウントにアプリデータが自動バックアップされることがあります。これはAndroidシステムの機能です。

6. 第三者提供・広告・分析

個人情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。
広告SDK、分析(トラッキング)SDKを使用しません。
アプリはインターネット上のサーバーと通信しません。例外は第4項のGoogleログイン(利用者が実行したときのみGoogleサーバーと通信)と、利用者がメモ内のリンクを開くときだけです。

7. 子どもの個人情報

アプリは14歳未満の子どもを含むすべての利用者の個人情報を収集しません。プロフィールの生年月日は端末内でおすすめグループを決めるためにのみ使われ、外部に送信されません。

8. 情報の削除

アプリ内の情報: 各項目を個別に削除するか、アプリを削除するとすべて削除されます。
バックアップファイル: 保存した場所で直接削除します。
Googleアカウント連携: 第4項の方法で解除します。

9. ポリシーの変更

ポリシーが変わる場合、アプリの更新とあわせて施行日を更新してお知らせします。
